Shawl Measurement Guide
General Guidance
- Measure directly on the skin or over a thin layer of fitted clothing to avoid extra inches.
- Use a soft, non-stretching tape measure that conforms to the body’s curves.
- Maintain a natural upright posture, avoiding slouching or tensing.
- Keep the tape level and parallel to the floor when measuring circumference.
- The tape should fit snug without digging in; one finger should fit between tape and skin.
