Step 1: Free Video Consultation
It all begins with a conversation. During your free video consultation, we’ll take the time to get to know you and understand the vision you have for your big day including colour themes, the bridal outfit and wider inspirations . Expect a warm, engaging experience where we listen to your ideas while offering guidance and insight based on our extensive portfolio of previous work. Whether you're seeking a standout piece for a special event or a unique suit tailored to your personality, we’ll work together to bring your concept to life. By the end of the consultation, we’ll have a clear understanding of your design, style and
preferences. You’ll leave the call feeling inspired, confident, and with a renewed sense of clarity on how we can create a look that’s truly yours.
Step 2: Bringing your vision to life:
We will understand and source the latest fabrics based on what works best for you and why, transforming your ideas into reality in time for our next conversation. We will then come together to review the details and work with you to refine the final look,
collaborating closely to ensure it matches closely and is complimentary of desired colour themes. At this stage, we will provide a final cost estimate and an achievable delivery timeline. Please note, 5 on average, we require a minimum turnaround time of 6-12 weeks depending on the complexity of the design. This could also involve more frequent consultations to ensure every detail is perfect.
Step 3: Taking the perfect measurements
Once we confirm your final design, we move on to taking your measurements through our made-to-measure experience and easy to follow video tutorial to ensure you submit the most accurate measurements. While the majority of our bespoke outfits do not require additional tailoring, on the rare occasion that minor adjustments are needed, we offer additional tailoring services at a small additional cost to enhance the optimum fit.
Step 4: Quality Assurance
We maintain a strict quality assurance process and work closely with our production houses and manufacturers to ensure your design aligns perfectly with your vision. Throughout the production journey, we will share regular updates, including sketches, designs, and photos of your developing outfit. This allows us to ensure that every detail matches your desired reality before sharing the final look.
