Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. As bespoke and made-to-measure items are tailored specifically for you, they are non-refundable.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days once we receive and inspect your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Condition of Returns: Items must be returned unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.


Faulty or Damaged on Arrival: If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Products and Sizing

What sizes do you offer in ready to wear?

We follow a standard UK sizing model for our ready to wear collection items (based primarily on chest size - XS, S, M, L, XL)

How will I know my size for bespoke items?

Our online bespoke measurement guide (please refer to the bespoke section of our website) provides a comprehensive list of measurements you will need to take for your desired product. You can also book a consultation with us, and we can guide you through our measurement process.

Can I customise the fit of ready-to-wear items?

We leave margins on all of our clothing items, and therefore minor adjustments to measurements to items can be done by your local tailor (e.g. chest length). For a fully customised fit, we recommend our bespoke service (please refer to bespoke section of our website).

How long does a bespoke order typically take?

Timelines generally depend on the item you are looking for us to produce (e.g. groom outfits typically take around 6-8 weeks). Please refer to the bespoke section of our website for more detailed information

Do you offer groom / groomsmen packages?

Absolutely, we specialise in coordinated wedding sets for grooms and groomsmen - ensuring consistent theme with custom touches for each person

Can I make changes once production has started?

Minor adjustments are possible during the consultation process, however, once tailoring has begun and embroidery is underway, changes may not be feasible. Rest assured, we will guide you at every step ahead of final

Payments and Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit / credit cards. We do not accept American Express

Is a deposit required for bespoke orders?

Yes, a 70% deposit is required to begin bespoke work, with the balance due before delivery.

Care and Maintenance

How do I care for my garment?

We only work with the highest quality materials and therefore all of our garments should be dry-cleaned only.

To protect delicate fabrics and embroidery, garments should only be ironed from the inside. Always place a clean cotton cloth between the iron and fabric to avoid direct heat contact.

Orders and Shipping

How long will delivery take?

Ready-to-wear items are dispatched within 3-5 working days. Bespoke orders will vary based on the item.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times on international orders will vary depending on your location

How much does shipping cost on U.K orders?

U.K shipping is free on all orders over £100, a flat delivery fee of £5.00 applies on purchases under £100. Standard delivery to U.K addresses takes 3-5 days.

International shipping charges will vary. Please allow 10 working days (Monday - Friday) for delivery.
